I regularly receive emails from patients and growers who keep me up to date with the latest comings and goings of Clone Queen/THC Plant/Brendon Kennedy.
It was brought to my attention several months back that Clone Queen Genetics has been illegally operating with a suspended business license for some time. For exactly how long am I not sure but it has been at least 18 months.
Medical and recreational cannabis laws in this country are already pretty fucked. We know this. Despite State laws legalizing marijuana, the Federal Government still has the right to seize plants, property and assets at will. DO NOT RISK DOING BUSINESS WITH CLONE QUEEN.
We KNOW growing is risky. Don't increase that risk exponentially by giving your business to a company that can't even pay it's taxes (yes that is the reason the license is suspended) despite making tens of thousands of dollars (let's be real CQG's profits may well be in the hundreds of thousands by now).
Every single patient who does business with Clone Queen Genetics is putting themselves at risk.

A quick google search reveals that a business receives the status "FTB Suspended" for failure to meet tax requirements (e.g., failure to file a return, pay taxes, penalties, interest).
Awesome post Rachel! Thank you! I've called Weed Maps complaining about Clone Queen 4 different times! I even spoke to their legal department. They know what's going on with this illegal collective. The problem is is that Weed Maps makes to much money from this scam to do anything about it. PLEASE KEEP ADDING UPDATES.
ReplyDeleteClone Queen has been operating with a suspended license since November 1, 2013. This has been brought to the attention of Weed Maps who responded "well, we don't know that". Weed Maps and Clone Queen..... Partners in crime.
