Fuck clone queen !!! I grabbed some clones from these douches despite all the negative reviews you see out there, most the negative reviews are about the clones being tiny and dieing after a couple days and there's so many good genetics floating around Cali and clone queen has been around for several years so I figured there genetics would at least be good, but they weren't they were the crappiest strains ive got from a dispensary in several years and they were the tiniest little bearly rooted clones I've ever seen in the tiniest rockwool cube I've ever seen, they must use a knife to cut custom cubes so the tiny tap root shows asap the cube was about 1"x1", it took two weeks of babying slowly moving them closer to the light so they didn't burn before I saw any growth. I ordered all there OGs to check them all out and see which one was there best along with headband, cataract kush and Chernobyl. They ended up giving me about 4 different strains total even though I ordered about 10. They were all terrible such a waste of time and effort. I was shocked the genetics were so bad, they have been around for so long I figured like most places they may not of started off with the best genetics but aquiered them over the years but no there still pushing crap, they must pick there genetics based on the ease and speed of rooting not on the quality of the flowers they produce. You fucking assholes clone queen how much effort would it take to at least acquire some quality genetics so your not totally burning people and waisting there time and money. A huge Fuck you to weedmaps too !!! They help clone queen by deleting negative reviews. I've been reading the reviews on several weed maps clone queen pages for months watching it happen, they have clone queen listed in several cities thru out so cal, there probably there best customer and apparently weed maps is helping them stay that way. Several negative reviews were starting to accumulate on the weedmaps Rancho Cucamonga clone queen page and three months of reviews disappeared so they can't be trusted either, there's some shady weed related buisnesses out there people beware.

I actually pull the clone out of the plus and all of them even had whites poking out. This collective says they offer patients with verified genetics, rooted, and bug free clones but that's all BULLSHIT. Also the customer service from the owner MIKE is even worse. I spoke with Mike requesting an exchange but after hearing me out Mike gave me some BS warranty dept. email and hung up the phone in fraustration. So I actually typed up this post last year when Fatty McDumbass started harassing me again. YOU GUYS. He decided to make a blog about me. Like that would make me take mine down or something. Not sure what the logic was there but it does serve as a PERFECT example of Brendon's insanity. Sorry the formatting is all over the place once you get to the blog text.

I never got personal with you. Ever. When I started this blog the ONLY things I talked about were in relation to Clone Queen and the business aspect of our relationship. When you threw insults and threats my way I didn't retaliate.  When you fucked with my friends I didn't retaliate. When you posted my PARENTS address online I didn't retaliate. And I'm still not retaliating against you, I am simply clarifying some things you seem to be confused about. And while I may be a bit angry right now I can assure you that I am not afraid of you. I came across this post while searching the latest news on Clone Queen and Weedmaps. The post is a comment which is a reply to an OC Times article praising Weedmaps and all they've done for the marijuana community (pardon me while I vomit).

Feel free to comment with your own Weedmaps experiences (the article does not mention Clone Queen, that is only in the comments because naturally, any talk about Weedmaps quickly turns to it's corrupt practices and you can't bring up that corruption with out mentioning Clone Queen).

There are good and bad things about Weedmaps growth and the spotlight on them. As they become more prominent they will draw more attention from federal law enforcement. Because Weedmaps make SO MUCH MONEY (so much) they will always draw attention from law enforcement. This would bother me if Weedmaps wasn't fraudulent. I sincerely do hope Weedmaps goes out of business. While I doubt that the individuals who use Weedmaps are at risk (teeny tiny fishes compared to the shark that is Weedmaps and the lil baby sharks that are illegally operating dispensaries) but there is always a chance of legal repercussions. Be careful. Be smart. There are plenty of alternatives to Weedmaps they just aren't as poplar. Support them. Leafly in particular is a good resource AND they pulled Clone Queen when they received emails regarding their illegal practices. 

I can not verify everything in this post, I don't know who posted it but I have reached out to them (they could very well be one of the individuals who emails me Clone Queen info (thanks again guys, you keep me going))). I also don't have much of an opinion on AUMA. I'm just not very active in the marijuana community anymore outside of this blog so I don't know much about it and I also don't live in CA anymore so I just don't notice these things as much. 

My notes are in bold -

More and more cannabis activists, patients, and collective owners are becoming acutely aware of the evil monopolizing presence that WeedMaps is. WeedMaps is a complete cesspool of illegally run unlicensed collectives that are given free run to write their own reviews while deleting any negative reviews written by patients who were scammed or ripped off by the collectives advertising on WeedMaps. I personally spoke with WeedMaps president and chief council Chris Beals (I can't verify anything about this conversation) (yes, this guy is a lawyer) on the phone about one of the most notorious scam collectives in California: Clone Queen Genetics. Clone Queen Genetics is run by a convicted felon whose business license was suspended by the California Secretary of States office on November 1, 2013. Im guessing that's due to WeedMaps staff being medicated on the job (and apparently drunk too with "Wine and Weed Wednesdays"). This could also explain why WeedMaps has the buggiest most useless app available. Yes, this multi million dollar company can not even put a workable app together and that has been the case for years. As chief council for WeedMaps, I was shocked at how shady and shifty Chris Beals is. Chris Beals and WeedMaps could care less if patients are getting ripped off or scammed by illegal collectives. I asked Chris specifically, if he knew that a collective was explicitly banned from doing business in the state of California, would he still accept advertising money from this collective. His answer was no. I then asked Chris if he would take 30 seconds out of his day to go to the California Secretary of states website to verify that Clone Queen is banned from doing business in California (this is all public information that anyone can easily access) and he wouldn't do it! I remember his excuse: "I don't have my phone on me". Why won't Chris Beals and WeedMaps act when confronted about illegal activities on their website? That's because Chris Beals and WeedMaps make a truck load of cash on a daily basis off of these scam collectives. And they take this cash and put it into horrible legalization initiatives like AUMA. AUMA is written to specifically monopolize the California Cannabis Industry for big money interests. The bill is written horribly and will completely wipe out the California Cannabis industry as we know it, and put it in the hands of big money corporate interests. It calls for jail sentences for anyone under 21 using Cannabis. Yes, if you are between the ages of 18 to 21, WeedMaps thinks you should be in jail for using Cannabis. Its written into this horrible legislation that WeedMaps supports. Weed Maps supports heavy taxation of Cannabis. 15% tax on top of state and local taxes. Are you ready to pay $75 for your legal eighth of cannabis (Again, I don't know much about AUMA and it's pros and cons)? Me neither! One other thing about WeedMaps I'd like to discuss is their horrendously shady review system. The vast majority of Collectives on WeedMaps write their own reviews. The patterns of abuse are so obvious they can't be denied. You constantly see things like a single username posting 20 or 30 five star review in a row for the same collective. This abuse is widespread on WeedMaps, and WeedMaps turns a complete blind eye to this, all in the name of profits. And on top of that, WeedMaps is notorious for taking down legitimate negative reviews written exactly to WeedMaps terms of service, just because the "paying advertisers" aka dispensaries didn't like them. The WeedMaps review system is corrupt, shady, illegal and easily gamed by the collectives. EASILY! Just research the term "Boycott WeedMaps" on the internet and you'll find a lot of stories from folks that will back up everything I say. WeedMaps is the single worst thing to happen to the Medical Cannabis movement and to cannabis legalization (YES YES YES!!!). WeedMaps is a shady, company with a shady past. Now they are trying to enact horrible legislation that will only help them and their cronies put a decades long stranglehold on the Cannabis Industry for their own profits. We bought a number of clones and when we got them two days later 50 clones died they were mite infested they promised to bring me 50 the next day we saw that the next whole section was infested also and died so I called them over and over they then texted and said they would bring them back and they never showed up and we have tried to call the over and over and no answer this place is a joke all these reviews have to be fake because there is no way this place is number one and they warranty nothing they owe me 100 clones and now they don't answer they are a scam believe me

as promised like they asked to write a review about them, I am not pleased with the service, I ordered 12 plants from them was totally excited to see them next day as promised. the girl on the phone told me I would receive my plants early in the morning, morning came waited till 11:30 called in to see the status of the delivery , no answer called again at 2 pm , no answer, waited another two hours and Called back just before 4 and finally got an answer , guy on the phone then proceeds to tell me that my plants can't be delivered today (Saturday) and will have to wait till Monday. had they taken the time to call me early in the morning or just call me at all to inform me that my delivery wasn't going to be made as planned I would have been fine, then a guy shows up to my house and tells me that my phone number was mixed up so thats why I didn't receive a call I didn't get upset, simple mistake it's all good no worries, the special they have is 4 plants for 1 dollar for new patients, I didn't think it would matter what plants were gonna be for a dollar value I ordered 12 so my original order was set a $100 flat! then turns out two of the plants were missing on arrival guy then proceeds to charge me $98 , I told him the special was four plants for a dollar price should be $76 he kept insisting that his order only showed two at a dollar. my issue is don't say 4 plants will be a dollar and then shhow up with a messed up order and then try and charge me more than you were supposed to .but the fact that I had to call multiple times and then get an excuse as to why they can't be delivered then get the run around on prices is just plain unprofessional. was really hoping in working with these guys but I'll just take my business else where thanks for the help!

Fuck Weedmaps.

I've always made my feelings about Weedmaps clear.

Despite knowing since AT LEAST 2012 that Clone Queen Genetics is a pure and simple SCAM they allow Brendon to keep his numerous listings because he pays them A LOT of money.

It's not enough that they allow dispensaries to write fake reviews (I know they know it happens all the time, I have spoken to them about it and I have written my fair share of fakes) but dispensaries can also only have Featured reviews displayed which prevents anyone from seeing newest or most upvoted reviews. AKA honest reviews.

Weedmaps has always only cared about their profits. Unfortunately, Weedmaps is a necessary evil in the MMJ community. Just remember that they can not be trusted and do not give one fuck about you, the patient.
You can, however, let Weedmaps know how you feel about their utter disregard for patient care or the law, or ethics, apparently.

You can call their customer service line and demand an explanation :) Imagine if enough angry patients called them that they decided to remove all Clone Queen listings. Hey, we can dream right?

Clone Queen Genetics/THC Plant Is Illegally Operating With A Suspended License.

I regularly receive emails from patients and growers who keep me up to date with the latest comings and goings of Clone Queen/THC Plant/Brendon Kennedy. 
It was brought to my attention several months back that Clone Queen Genetics has been illegally operating with a suspended business license for some time. For exactly how long am I not sure but it has been at least 18 months. 

Medical and recreational cannabis laws in this country are already pretty fucked. We know this. Despite State laws legalizing marijuana, the Federal Government still has the right to seize plants, property and assets at will. DO NOT RISK DOING BUSINESS WITH CLONE QUEEN. 
We KNOW growing is risky. Don't increase that risk exponentially by giving your business to a company that can't even pay it's taxes (yes that is the reason the license is suspended) despite making tens of thousands of dollars (let's be real CQG's profits may well be in the hundreds of thousands by now). 

Every single patient who does business with Clone Queen Genetics is putting themselves at risk.

A quick google search reveals that  a business receives the status "FTB Suspended"  for failure to meet tax requirements (e.g., failure to file a return, pay taxes, penalties, interest).

Regaurding Contacting Brendon.

Over the past several months I have received numerous emails from disgruntled growers asking me to give them Brendon's personal information. Let me make a few things clear.

1. I don't have it. I don't have an address, phone number or email. We have no mutual friends. We don't even live in the same state anymore. We haven't been in contact since right after I started this blog. I have no desire whatsoever to see him or speak to him again.
2. IF I did have any contact information I would not hand it out to just any angry stranger online who asked for it. I understand a lot of people are upset. I understand that crimes have been committed. I fully support any and all LEGAL action pursued against Brendon. I do not support vigilante justice.
3. I did not start this blog for revenge (mine or anyone else). I put the effort I did into this because I believed it was important to spread awareness (still do) and in some small way it helped my guilty conscience.

I don't often respond to the emails I receive. Not because I don't care but mainly because I've moved on. The part Brendon and I played in each others lives has been over for years and I've done my part to make amends with the individuals who were wronged. This blog will remain online (hopefully) until Clone Queen, THC Plant and any other illegal operations Brendon might be involved in. But as far as a witch hunt or vigilante justice are concerned do not ask me to get involved because I won't.

I just wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone who has read my blog, shared it, and especially thank you for the emails and messages of encouragement and support. When I started thetruthaboutclonequeen.com I was not really sure what would come of it but with nearly 10,000 views it has exceeded all my expectations.
My goal was simple. To help make people aware of a corrupt dispensary and hopefully shed some light on a big issue in California - how fucked up the medical marijuana system can be for patients.

Over the phone I was told to expect clones 6 to 8 inches tall. I received cuttings 3 to 4 inches tall. Foolish me for giving the guy a $20 tip. My first time ordering and I wanted to make a good impression. I still got F***ed. Out $120. No roots, not water uptake. What they needed was more time hardening off at their warehouse with 90% + humidity. The clones were not ready for prime time.

All died and shriveled up with two days. Even with my grandmoms humidifier to augment the moisture.
Now it seems my Warranty may not be honored. I'll keep emailing. Sending in pictures of the destruction. So many good reviews and those that aren't are really bad like 1's. I'm beginning to understand why.

Received my 12 clones 17 days ago, and only 5 made it through. Made my warranty claim 10 days ago, and still have yet to hear a peep. The CSR I spoke to told me to e-mail my claim, and when I did the e-mail was rejected by gmail because the mailbox was full. CSR then informed me that they receive very few claims (wonder why the warranty e-mail box was full then?) and instructed me to send to another e-mail address. As of today, day 10 of my warranty claim I have yet to hear a peep. 5 voicemails, 3 e-mails, and no response. Zilch. I highly recommend you avoid Clone Queen as their 30 day warranty is obviously just a ploy to obtain more business. Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere, anywhere but Clone Queen.

Out of the 14 clones that I ordered 3 of them died. I have never had a clone die before but 3 of these clones died. contacted them to go through their warranty department, went through all of their requested steps and their warranty department never got back to me. Their warranty department does not exist and their clones are awful. after the 3 i bought from them died I went and got 3 clones from another collective and those are doing infinitely better. Never again

Ordered 10 plants and what was presented to me was nothing short of garbage, throw away plants, rejects. First the clones delivered were not even the plants I ordered and the quality of the plants were beyond poor. Five of the ten plants had TWO leaves the and those were drooping. The rock wool was dry and they were not even my plants, my order wasn't even filled. REALLY????? waited three days only to find NO order, plus the driver was TWO hours late. One suggestion, DON'T smoke before work obviously chemically treated dispensary weed is frying your brains. Thanks for fucking up my program........

I ordered 10 plants. It took 3 days before I was contacted for delivery. Of the ten ordered, 9 died. I have tried to invoke the warranty by placing calls, emailing and more emailing and calls. I reached a human being ONCE. He told me to call the special "warranty line" on a Monday because, "we have very few warranty issues so we don't have someone full time." He also told me to call back if I did not receive a returned call. I followed through on my part and, guess what?! No returned call! No returned email. No nothing. Horrid customer service. They are happy to take my $$ for poorly rooted clones, but not happy to give good customer service. DON'T shop here!

Legal Action Against Clone Queen.

Hello all,

I was recently contacted by a California lawyer who specializes in cannabis law. It seems that he has gotten many emails from patients requarding Clone Queen who have requested help from him and also mention me and my blog.
If you wish to pursue legal action against Clone Queen you must contact a criminal lawyer. I do not have much knowledge about this matter, but cannabis reform lawyers won't be able to do much, other than offer you sympathy.

Once again, thank you to everyone who has taken the time to email me and share their CQ experiences. It is appreciated. And please continue to share my blog with others.
